Flexible Rental LED Display Screen Adjustable Arc for Circle Arch Wave
The angle between two cabinets is adjustable on site, in both directions. Curve them one way and you get a concave arc; flip the angle and you get a convex one; lock everything straight and it is a perfectly ordinary flat video wall. Same cabinets, no extra tooling, no separate curved parts to order — which is why rental companies like it: one stock of panels covers flat jobs, circle jobs, arch jobs and everything between.
In the fast-paced world of event production, you need equipment that matches
your creative ambition. The niyakr Flexible Rental LED Display series is
engineered specifically for demanding, fast-turnaround environments. It offers
a perfect blend of structural durability, lightweight portability, and premium
visual performance.
Built with precision 500x500mm die-cast aluminum cabinets, these panels
feature an advanced adjustable curvature design. Whether your project
requires a perfectly flat video wall, a striking concave backdrop, or an
immersive convex column, the niyakr system locks into place effortlessly to
deliver seamless, gap-free imagery.

Feature
1. Dual Front & Rear Maintenance
Maximize your uptime with total service flexibility. The niyakr series supports both front-serviceable and rear-serviceable maintenance. Modules, power supplies, and receiving cards can be swapped out quickly from either side of the video wall. This design eliminates venue layout restrictions, allowing you to install the panels flat against a wall or flush inside tight staging structures where rear access is impossible.
2. Creative Freedom with Curved Lock Design
Stop limiting your stages to flat boxes. The integrated curve-adjustable locks allow for smooth angle adjustments (both concave and convex configurations).
This flexibility gives event designers the freedom to create waves, circles, and curved corners without purchasing specialized, single-use frames.
3. Built for the Road: Lightweight & Portable
Time is money during load-in and load-out. Crafted from premium die-cast aluminum, each 500x500mm panel minimizes structural weight without compromising rigidity. Your crew can transport, lift, and stack these cabinets with ease, drastically reducing labor fatigue and shipping costs.
4. True 3840Hz Refresh Rate for Flawless Broadcasting
Deliver smooth, vivid content that looks spectacular to live audiences and flawless on camera. With a pro-grade 3840Hz refresh rate, niyakr panels completely eliminate moiré patterns, flickering, and scan lines, making them fully compatible with HD TV studio broadcasts, live streams, and phone-camera recording by event attendees.
5. Fast Rental Setup & Versatile Rigging Options
Featuring intuitive quick-locking mechanisms, a single technician can safely assemble a massive video wall in minutes. To accommodate any venue architecture, niyakr offers complete rigging versatility with optional hanging bars for flown configurations and robust ground stacking accessories for secure floor-mounted backdrops.
6. Tour-Ready Flight Case Packaging
Protect your investment between gigs. Every system is available with
heavy-duty, shock-absorbent flight case packaging. Built with rugged
hardware, industrial wheels, and custom-molded foam inserts, our flight cases
ensure your panels arrive at the next venue in pristine, plug-and-play
condition.

FAQ
Q1: What shapes can this display actually form?
Flat walls, concave and convex arcs, full circles and cylinders, arches, and flowing wave layouts. The practical limit is the number of cabinets and the angle range per joint. Please send us the shape you have in mind and we will confirm the exact cabinet count and angles with a layout drawing.
Q2: Is this a soft flexible LED module?
No, and that is deliberate. The curvature comes from rigid die-cast aluminum segments joined with adjustable locks, not from a module that physically bends. That keeps the screen face even inside the curve and makes the panels durable enough for repeated rental cycles.
Q3: Which pixel pitch should I choose?
Match it to the closest typical viewing distance: from about 2 meters choose P1.953; from 2.5–3 meters P2.604 or P2.976; larger walls seen from 4–5 meters plus can use P3.91 or P4.81. Send us your screen size and viewing distance and we will confirm the right option with a layout.
Q4: Is this screen bright enough for indoor events?
The indoor version runs around 800 nits, which suits stage lighting, exhibitions and studios. If the screen will sit outdoors or face direct sunlight, tell us before ordering — an outdoor configuration needs different brightness and sealing, and we will point you to the right series rather than sell you the wrong one.
Q5: How fast can crews set up and tear down a curved wall?
Assembly uses the quick-lock system with no loose fasteners, and each 500×500 cabinet is sized for hand handling. Total build time depends on the layout size; for a typical event wall, crews familiar with rental panels can usually go from flight cases, to a standing screen in the time it takes to rig the truss.
