Custom Creative Rental Modular LED Display Round Arch Triangle and Heart Shapes
This customized creative rental LED display, modular die‑cast aluminum rental LED panels, assemble into unlimited custom shapes: heart, arch, triangle, quarter‑circle, Christmas‑tree and stadium creative visuals for concerts, sports arenas, stage background & large events.
This creative rental LED display, specially made for stages that refuse to be rectangular. Every LED screen in the range starts from the same 500×500 mm die-cast aluminum cabinet, so a circle, an arch, a triangle, a heart , or an outline that only exists in your design file, it is built from standard, repeatable sections rather than one-off tooling.
Shape sections carry two straight 500 mm edges, which means they lock straight onto regular rental cabinets, when your layout needs a mix of both.

Feature
Made to be moved, shaped and reshaped
Most LED screens are rectangles because rectangles are easy to build. This system starts from the opposite question: what if the outline is part of the design? From a single series of cabinets you can put up a full round centerpiece for a concert, an arch over a VIP lounge, a heart for a brand activation, or a geometric backdrop built around angled corners. And because everything is rental hardware, the same cabinets can come down after the show and go back up next week in a completely different shape. One investment, many layouts.
One 500×500 grid, whatever the outline
The entire family is built on a 500×500 mm module grid. Shape sections, quarter rounds, arch tops, corner and triangular pieces, all are made with two straight 500 mm edges, so they mate with standard 500×500 rental cabinets without adapters. That matters on site: when the stage design calls for a curved outline with a straight infill, the crew keeps working with familiar panels, familiar locks and one cabling pattern instead of juggling incompatible hardware.
Indoor or outdoor, brightness matched to the environment
Two versions of the series are available, and the difference is more than a number on a datasheet.
The indoor version runs at roughly 800 nits, comfortable for studios, exhibitions, retail displays and venue interiors where the lighting is controlled and viewers stand close.
The outdoor version is rated at about 5,000 nits, which keeps the picture readable in direct sunlight during daytime festivals and open-air events, and gets pushed further at night.
Pixel pitch options run from P1.562, P1.953, P2.5, P2.604, P2.976 to P3.91 and P4.81. If you are not sure which pitch and brightness combination fits your viewing distance and environment, send us the details of your installation, screen size, viewing distance and indoor or outdoor placement, and we will confirm the right configuration before you order.
Built for the crew, not just the audience
Rental gear lives a hard life: loaded, driven, rained on between shows, assembled by different crews every time. That is what the die-cast aluminum cabinet is for. It keeps the panels light enough to handle and precise enough, that the front face stays flat and the seams stay tight when the sections are locked together. Tool-less quick locks get the wall up and down fast, and the aluminum body doubles as the heat path that keeps the electronics cool, and the housing for power and data connections is integrated into the cabinet rear, so rigging and cabling stay tidy. If you run a rental company, you will care less about the first install than about the hundredth, this is hardware designed for that cycle, with replacements and spare parts available for quick turnaround.

FAQ
Q1: Can these cabinets really form a full circle, or is it an approximation?
A full circle is assembled from purpose-built quarter-round sections on the same 500×500 grid. The die-cast cabinet edges are machined to the correct angle for each section, so the finished ring meets cleanly instead of looking like a polygon in a hurry.
Q2: What is the difference between the indoor and outdoor versions?
The practical difference is brightness. The indoor version is about 800 nits; the outdoor version delivers about 5,000 nits, so the image stays visible in direct sunlight.
Q3: Can creative shape cabinets be combined with regular 500×500 rental cabinets?
Yes. Every shape section carries two straight 500 mm edges, so it locks directly onto standard 500×500 rental panels. Typical layouts use shaped sections for the outline and standard panels to fill the interior.
Q4: Which pixel pitch should I choose?
As a rough guide, finer pitches (P1.562, P1.953, P2.5, P2.604, P2.976) suit closer viewing distances and higher-end content, while P3.91 and P4.81 cover larger screens viewed from further away, and they are the usual choices for outdoor work. Send us your viewing distance and screen size, and we will recommend a pitch rather than leaving you to guess.
Q5: Is this screen suitable for repeated rental cycles?
The die-cast aluminum cabinet with quick-lock system are designed for frequent assembly and disassembly, which is the standard expectation in the rental market. Spare parts and replacement modules are available, so units can be rotated through maintenance, without taking a whole screen out of service.
